1 August 2022 EG, a leading Nordic software company, announced the closing of the acquisition of the Norwegian company Ørn Software Holding AS, which also includes Rapal Oy.

The change of ownership does not affect current customer commitments, contracts or services. Our most important customer base will continue to be here in Finland. With the deal, our ability to serve our customers and develop our software will improve even more.
EG is a vendor of Nordic Vertical Software for private and public customers. EG's Software-as-a-Service offerings are developed by specialists with deep industry and domain knowledge, supporting business-critical and administrative processes.
EG employs 1,700+ people primarily in the Nordics and in 2021, Group revenue was DKK 1.755 billion.
