Ørn Software, has on June 25th 2021 signed an agreement with the owners of Rapal Oy, to acquire the entire stock of the Finnish company. The acquisition is a first step for Ørn Software into Finland, and strengthens Rapal’s position in the Nordic market for SaaS-based solutions.

Ørn Software, is a Nordic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) -solutions provider, originating in Norway, that continues to execute on its geographical expansion and growth plan, through acquisitions within the Nordics.
