Ørn Software acquires Rapal - deal strengthens position in the Nordics

Ørn Software, has on June 25th 2021 signed an agreement with the owners of Rapal Oy, to acquire the entire stock of the Finnish company. The acquisition is a first step for Ørn Software into Finland, and strengthens Rapal’s position in the Nordic market for SaaS-based solutions.
