In the Great Place to Work survey, Rapal’s strengths were considered to be good team spirit as well as the equality and justice of the work community.
The Great Place to Work Institute Finland researches and recognizes the country’s best workplaces each year. This year the list of Finland’s best workplaces was published on February 14th. Rapal was placed 10th on the list.
“We have chosen the Great Place to Work study as a tool for the long-term development of our management and corporate culture. For us, the improved ranking on the list of Finland’s best workplaces is an indication of a right direction towards becoming an even better place to work”, says Rapal Oy’s CEO Tuomas Kaarlehto.
Rapal employs 68 professionals specialized in the built environment. In the Great Place to Work study, Rapal’s strengths were considered to be good team spirit as well as the equality and justice of the work community.
Lately, Rapal has paid special attention to shared management. The Great Place to Work 2014 research shows the results of this development: according to the survey, all Rapal’s employees believe that the company management trusts that employees perform well in their work without constant supervision. Furthermore, the whole staff considers that employees are given a lot of responsibility at Rapal.
