A brand-new ecosystem acceleration & recognition program launched in a joint venture by the Nordic PropTech associations of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, & Finland. The jury comprises industry experts from across the Nordic region, who have been selected jointly by the national associations and are altogether nestors with proven track records in real estate, finance, and tech. And here they are: The jury members and competing finalists have officially been announced, at ReCoTech Finland on November 30th.
All nominated companies are no older than 7 years old, they have a maximum of 75 employees, and they have an established presence in the Nordics. Four companies have now been selected within each of the five tracks as the most innovative and promising startups/scaleups in the Nordics. In the Spring of 2022 in Copenhagen, the first annual Nordic PropTech Awards will be awarded to Nordic-based startups with solutions that help the real estate industry create new efficiencies.
The nominees have now been boiled down to the the finalists, who were announced at the ReCoTech event in Helsinki on November 30th, 2021. The five tracks and finalists are:
Space-as-a-service: Good Monday, LifeX, NORNORM, Spotly
Property Management: Autility, Parakey, Plaace AS, Unloc
Sustainable & Healthy Buildings: ClevAir AS, Ento Labs, Envera Sverige AB (Smartvatten), IISY Oy
ConTech: COBOD International, GBuilder, Material Mapper, Modulize,
Real Estate FinTech: Legacy, CubiCasa, Fairhomes, Picadon
Pontus Kihlman, Head of Business Development at Rapal, who has a proven track record within Proptech, the built environment and business development, was hand-picked to serve on the jury of the Space-as-a-Service track, particularly for his future-oriented industry leadership and activism around workplaces and the future of work and commercial real estate. Space-as-a-Service solutions provide digital solutions making us access, use, experience and organize workplaces, housing, and other spaces in better, more flexible, and seamless ways as well as solutions making new services, amenities and conveniences available to us in our buildings."We look forward to shining a light on the brightest & most innovative solutions in real estate and proptech - recognizing Nordic-oriented startups for innovative and state-of-the-art solutions that help the real estate industry create new efficiencies", he continues.
